This is a song I’m writing. This is just the chorus.
The Life and Trials of Allie
Well, here I am again. Still in Anchorage, still doing the same thing I do every day: working, hanging out some, coming home, sleeping. A week ago today I got medicated for bipolar and was taking 25mg. Today I’m stepping it up to 50mg, and praying I don’t get that rash that means I have to switch meds. Not cool. I’m currently on Lamictal. It sometimes makes my skin burn and I get headaches a lot, but its nothing ibuprofen can’t fix. My moods seem to be less – I don’t think the doc understands exactly how sensitive to medication my body is. The amount of relief I got from seeing a doctor who cared enough to listen and really understand the living hell I’ve been in was amazing. I walked out feeling like a new person. So two pills, here I come. Thank goodness they’re about as small as tiny, salted sunflower seeds.
Allie, over and out.
Moose’s Tooth
I work at the TOP, number one individually owned pizza franchise in the world. I’m not just saying that because I love it… they’re genuine, proven statistics.

This is why I love my job…
So today, I did a survey on the topic of my life.. haha. I asked, “If you were going to be on a ranch for four months, with everything provided (food, shelter, necessities!), what would you take with you?”

The word Bokeh is a term that comes from the Japanese word “boke” which means “blur” or “haze“. In photography Bokeh refers to an aesthetic quality of this blur in the out-of-focus area of an image. This effect is often most visible around small background highlights, such as specular reflections and light sources. I am particularly fascinated with light and light reflection, that was one of the reasons why I became a photographer.
